About Us

The RGS Worcester Family of Schools is one of the oldest and most prestigious educational institutions in the United Kingdom, comprising four distinct schools in and around Worcester. With a history stretching back over a millennium, our heritage provides a unique and inspiring backdrop for a wide range of events. 

Our Venues 

Our four locations offer a diverse portfolio of spaces to suit any requirement: 

• RGS Worcester & RGS Springfield: Nestled in the heart of the city, these sites offer rich historical venues perfect for special events, sporting usage and meetings. 
• RGS The Grange: Located in Claines, just ten minutes from the city centre, providing extensive outdoor space. 
• RGS Dodderhill: Situated in the charming town of Droitwich. 

Across our sites, we provide all-year-round pitches to accommodate rugby, football, and cricket seasons, alongside high-specification indoor sports facilities. From elite athletic training to elegant gala dinners, our spaces are designed to perform. 

Availability & Access

We welcome community and corporate hires during the following times: 

• Term Time: Weekdays 18:00 – 22:30 | Weekends (All day, subject to school activities). 
• School Holidays: Open for hire all day, every day. 

We are pleased to offer on-site parking options across our locations. Please note that spaces are limited and subject to availability; we recommend discussing your specific requirements with our team during the booking process.
